NEW to Explorations: Gomoti Tented Camp

Gomoti Tented Camp in the community-owned Santawani Concession, Okavango Delta is the latest addition to Wilderness Safaris Explorations. Not only is the area known for its diversity and wealth of wildlife but we are also proud that this new community partnership allows us to continue our proactive 4Cs philosophy. Guests of the Great Wilderness Journey, which explores northern Botswana, will enjoy this superb location.

Hoanib Showcase: Part 1

With the imminent opening of Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp in just over a month – 1 August – we have launched the first set of four evocative videos to tantalize your taste buds. Keep a look out for the rest of the series!

The Kafue season is off to a killer start!

The season has barely kicked off and Busanga Bush Camp guide Idos Mulenga has been inundating us with pictures of cats on kills. As one of Africa’s hidden gems, the Kafue offers a vast landscape, sense of remoteness and huge diversity of wildlife. What’s more, Shumba Camp will be opening its doors on 1 August, which also marks the start of hot-air ballooning season.
