Rocktail Beach Camp - Turtle season begins!
15 October marked the beginning of our turtle nesting season. Up until mid-March guests may see enormous Endangered leatherback and loggerhead turtles laying their eggs on Rocktail’s secluded beaches. A few months later tiny hatchlings run the gauntlet to the ocean. Rated among the most moving wildlife experiences in the world, this is not a sight to be missed. Check out some of last year’s stunning pictures.
